So, Is she a single girl in Love or is she a single girl {made} outta Love?
Yes, I am corny!
(I have used a navy blue solid with some of the fabrics from the Love range by Amy Butler.)
I don't want to put anyone off from making this quilt but....
Wowzers!
Have you ever made a quilt that just fought you from the very beginning?
You know the one, You seem to make a mistake every. step. of. the. way.!!!
She was even hard to photograph!!!
I have to admit, I haven't treated her too nicely in return.
I have swore at her, I have put her down,Constantly. Even in front of people.
But you know how I am going to make up for all of that?
I am going to sleep with her!
I am going to put big borders on her. I am in no hurry to make more rings!
Then she is going to enjoy her life laying on my bed every day!
Just gotta decide how to quilt her.
Any suggestions???

She won't be single for long.
;-)
yay you did NINE rings!you rock! bring it on Friday!
Fabulous job, you'll have her wrapped around your little finger soon.
I thought she looked like trouble the moment I saw her...that's why I decided not to make her !
Good luck with the quilting. Im sure once you're done you'll have a laugh and a cuddle and end up best of friends...
LOL! You crack me up!!!
I feel your pain...I am in the middle of an ares-kicking quilt top right now, too. Just want to FINISH, but I curse it every time I pick it up.
That said...I love your Single Girl, and your fabric choices are sublime (and ironic ;)
Awesome!!! I adore it!
I'll hand quilt mine, if you care to take a peek, with perle cotton, but yeah she fought me every step of the way. Must be that we were learning something new every step of the way too, right??
Hey Kelli She looks fantastic curvy in all the right places. I just hope she doesn't sleep around too much - she has her reputation to think of!!
Great Job!
Wow, I'm impressed! I'm not sure I'd even make it through one ring!!!
Love these fabrics with the navy!!!
Oh wow! I am in awe of you. Can't wait to see it in real life.
Some girls are worth perservering with. This is stunning! I know what you mean about some quilts.. you seem to unpick more than you sew. Once its quilted you forget all those moments.
